Arlene was responsive and supportive throughout the entire time we worked with her. Right from the beginning, she asked questions and listened to us so that she really understood what we were looking for in a home. She was flexible and made time for us, visiting lots of homes with us, giving us her honest opinion. At the same time, she never pressured us and was incredibly supportive. When we were ready to make an offer, she walked us through everything and took initiative for us to make sure everything went smoothly. We are so grateful to Arlene for helping us buy our first home!

Over the years, Arlene has helped us sell three homes and buy two. She is experienced, has always understood and helped to meet our goals, and has been a pleasure to work with. She is honest and attentive and has a sense of humor, which these situations sometimes need. She was especially helpful in guiding us through what we needed to do to sell our homes, in pricing them fairly and competitively and in moving them quickly.
