Arlene Palmiter

Arlene and her family settled in Vermont in 1985. She was Broker/Owner of Palmiter
Realty Group, serving the Deerfield Valley and Mt Snow Area, from 1987 thru 2016. In
2016 she sold both her real estate sales and rental companies and served as managing
broker until 2020 when she moved to the Berkely and Veller family. “Berkley & Veller

Arlene’s family lived in the Deerfield Valley from 1985 thru 2020 when Arlene and her
partner, Frank, chose to downsize and move to Vernon to be closer to their 6
grandchildren. Arlene has always been active with community groups and is now serving
on the Friends of Vernon Board. She is a charter member of the Deerfield Valley Rotary
Club, a member of the Governor Affairs Committee for the Vermont Association of
Realtors, and was a Foundation Board member for Southern Vermont Medical Center.
Arlene was voted by her peers as Realtor of the Year both in 2007 and 2013.

Arlene is happy to share her 35+ years of real estate knowledge and experience
working with clients and customers. Having recently downsized, She is an expert
working with retirees or soon-to-be retirees embarking on the next life adventure. She
loves travelling and camping, and while at home she enjoys yoga, gardening, and
golfing.
