Arlene started her real estate career in 1989 and has been with Coldwell Banker's San Mateo North office since 1990. During her career, she has received numerous awards and is in the distinguished International President's Elite, which represents the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents in Northern California.

Arlene and her husband, Dennis, reside in San Mateo with their two children. Raising their family on the peninsula has resulted in a thorough knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, schools, and services. Arlene's husband Dennis is not only her partner in marriage but, in 1996, became her partner in business.
