Arlex Nieto

Arlex, originally from Colombia, has called Philadelphia his home for the last 15 years. Arlex is the Co-Owner of the Stepwise Group and a licensed real estate consultant in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also experienced in home renovation projects, which comes in handy when assisting with clients' needs and real estate opportunities. Before becoming a real estate consultant, Arlex worked in the construction industry as a project manager for multiple years and held other positions focused on customer service and data analysis. Arlex spends most of his time outside of work raising his three beautiful daughters and is a devoted son and husband. He loves spending time at the beach, swimming, and basketball.
