As a first time home buyer I was hesitant and nervous about the home buying process. Luckily I had Armand to not only help me find my first home but also guide me through the process every step of the way. Armand was readily available to show properties around my busy schedule. He even FaceTime me from a property when I wasn't available to go there myself (it also ended up being the property that I purchased). Once in escrow, Armand guided me through each step of the process, answering all my questions, contacting others on my behalf and over all making the process easier for me. I highly recommend Armand.

Armand helped me to sell my house in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista and also to buy my house in Poway. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He was happy to host the open houses for 2 days at my old house and he was very responsive towards any offer made by potential customer. He was very understanding and professional in explaining me different clauses and writing the counter offer. On the buying side, I looked at at least 15 houses and he accompanied me in almost all the houses - more importantly, at my convenient time. He was also extremely good with negotiating with the seller of my new home. I highly recommend Armand to anyone looking to buying or selling house and if I ever change my house again, I will definitely go with Armand again.
