Armando is the man. My husband and I walked into his office, unannounced, and he dropped what he was doing to help us. We were looking to rent an apartment in the Westloop and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through the entire process, identified multiple options in our price range, was willing to meet us to tour the apartments really at any given time (weekends included) and then helped us negotiate the lease to our preferable terms. Awesome guy and excellent experience working with. I highly recommend!

Armando Chacon was a great realtor to work with. He recently helped us sell an investment property and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of every detail, from pricing strategy to negotiations and closing. We always felt informed and confident in each step. Highly recommend Armando if you want someone professional, honest, and easy to work with.
