About Armando
Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, Armando Javier graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1982 with a major in civil engineering. He has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of construction, real estate development, and appraisal. Armando has also been director and vice-president of the Appraisal Engineering Society of Venezuela, Lara Division. Regarding the construction industry, Armando developed real estate projects in various areas of Venezuela and served as the main director of the Lara Real Estate Chamber for three periods. After immigrating to the USA in 2000, Armando continued to work in construction and real estate development by obtaining his Florida real estate license in 2004. He successfully practiced at Oceanview Int'l Realty as a real estate associate, and later, as a broker associate. However, his overachieving nature led him to two of his greatest professional achievements, his own real estate company "Jasal International Realty" and "Platinum Business Center". Even though these two projects barely survived the market crash of 2007, with great tenacity, hard work, and determination, Armando managed to open the doors of Jasal International Realty and the business center in 2010. After the success of both businesses, he has continued to invest in the development of various real estate projects in Coral Gables, FL since 2014. Armando's 40-year career trajectory is proof that perseverance, strength, and passion for one does will lead to success throughout life.
