Originally from the island nation of Sri Lanka, Amy Copeland has proudly called Westchase—just outside Tampa—home for the past 20 years. With a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Western Michigan University and a foundation in civil engineering, Amy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and personal warmth to the real estate industry.
Her transition into real estate was a natural evolution, driven by her lifelong love of learning, meticulous attention to detail, and reputation for being approachable and communicative. Amy is passionate about helping clients navigate the property market with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, gardening, music, and spending quality time with her family in sunny Florida. She is deeply committed to community service, having volunteered with organizations such as Feeding America of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough Education Foundation, Metropolitan Ministries, BayCare Health System, and Copperhead Charities through the Valspar Championship.
