I had an amazing experience with Soloma Realty. I originally found them on Instagram under a quiz of some kind - smart marketing. At this point I had talked to 3+ realtors and felt they weren't bringing any additional value to me. I thought I'll just do the research myself, set up my own apartment visits etc. But from my initial call with Andrey at Soloma I knew he would make the process much smoother for me. He showed genuine interest in my preferences and worked hard to find a place that checked all my boxes. He sent me detailed options with photos, his own likes and dislikes, inside knowledge about the buildings I wouldn't know without working with a realtor and helped me narrow my options down. Then he toured with me for 8+ hours. When I finally picked a place I liked he negotiated a great deal for me. With COVID pricing I got 3 months off and all my fees waived. Overall he was very professional, flexible and exactly the kind of person you want to work with when you are looking for a new home. I will recommend Soloma Realty to all my friends, which I think is the highest praise.

Arsen was my agent, and he is a consummate professional, we spent a day in downtown Chicago looking at properties, it was a great day. Arsen had everything planned, he was focused and he came armed with data. He had all the numbers at his fingertips and knew the properties well. I was very impressed by his focus, demeanor and professionalism.

On a personal note, Arsen has a very nice personality and he was a very pleasant person to be around, he is patient and worked with me and my requirements. I would buy from Arsen with my eyes closed, he totally won me over.

Arsen is an asset to Soloma Realty, and i wish him all the success.
