A true native with an unparalleled understanding of the local market, I am a fourth-generation Newporter and the great-grandson of Patrick James Fagan, the builder responsible for most of the homes lining Carroll Avenue in Newport?s historic 5th Ward. This deep lineage grounds my passion for the communities of Aquidneck Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. My professional journey began in the arts, moving to NYC in 1986 to pursue acting, a path that later evolved into a highly successful career in real estate upon my return home in 1994. In 2005, I launched my own brokerage. This led to a significant achievement: building and leading the William Raveis franchise for RI and SE MA. During this time, I recruited and coached hundreds of agents, growing the firm from a single-person operation to a powerhouse generating over $250M in sales. Now, as the Team Leader of The Aquidneck Team, I leverage my extensive, high-level experience, including residential/commercial sales, rentals, investment, expert witness, zoning, and finance to guide clients. The team?s focus is on providing the best professional advice for long-term benefits. We all believe strongly in civic duty, often serving on local boards, committees, and through churches and schools, ensuring that the team?s service to clients extends to the community. My wife, Meredith, and I have lived in Portsmouth since 2000 and proudly run the Wynham Farm Sanctuary.
