Arthur Nachman

Arthur brings an extensive real estate background to the Ulsaker Team. He has a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Memphis. Raised in a family retail business he is familiar with leasing and business analysis. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Associate Broker with Long and Foster Realtors.
He has brokered deals in the Hospitality Industry, Medical, Retail and Office Markets. He is knowledgeable in the zoning requirements as they relate to development and use, and has been involved with rewriting the Zoning ordinances in the Town of Herndon, VA. He has developed commercial property and is keenly aware of the services that need to be provided to assist his clients.
