As a first time buyer, I can honestly say that Arthur went above and beyond. We needed to relocate from San Diego to Ohio within less than two months. Before finding Arthur, we had so many problems with other realtors. They did not take our house hunting serious, maybe it was due to the short timeframe we had to buy a house. But Arthur asked the right questions and not only did he show us houses that we requested to see. Arthur had other houses available for us to check out as a back up. Arthur not only made our experience worth the trip but he had made our experience fun while being professional. We purchased a home in Youngstown, Ohio a month and a half ago. Transaction Realty, I've know Mr. Art Obleton since 2000 who I met through his mom. My first impression of Art was that he was a goal setter, focused and determined.
