art had listed my home For Sale. within the first 2 weeks we had more that 20 couples viewing the home and an offer. From that point on Art took charge to make sure all documents were properly signed and sent to the closing attorney. He mad this transaction very smooth and advised me on any updates. He explained the whole procedure to me to help me understand the whole process. I highly recommend him if you are selling your home
