Arthur Zendarski

Art is a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from CSUF. He has lived in San Francisco for 30 years.

Exercise and sports are part of the daily agenda: weightlifting, spinning, yoga, golf, and tennis or just walking the dog. Art’s global thinking is shaped by the people he met and the cultures he experienced traveling to several countries around the world. When not enjoying the delicious food and wine of San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma, Art and Taryn enjoy entertaining at home with family and friends.

Art has spent his entire career in the real estate industry, having aided in the development of $40 billion dollars of Commercial and Residential projects around the world. He is a good listener, problem solver, strong negotiator, and skilled facilitator.
