Asa Goode

Asa has over 2000 transactions completed and over $175 Million in closed sales. Asa Goode, of Goode Realty located in Orange Beach AL developed his passion for real estate at a very early age. Growing up he spent his summers and weekends working at his family's real estate company in Tuscaloosa, AL. Asa then took a brief but fun break from real estate to serve as an advisor on youth and college issues to a US Presidential Campaign and enjoyed great success as his boss was elected President. Asa had the option to move to DC to work in the presidential administration but instead returned to Alabama to work and manage numerous campaigns and then served on the staff of the LT Governor office of Alabama. Asa developed hundreds of great relationships during this time and was so excited to bring those connections into the real estate business, he also was highly involved in targeted and direct marketing thru his years working in campaigns which has served him very well in the marketing of real estate. Asa decided that working for elected officials was great but really wanted to return to his lifelong dream of selling real estate and joined the local RE/MAX agency. During his first year in real estate sales, he was highlighted as the Top Producing New Agent for the entire state of Alabama with RE/MAX. Asa continued his real estate sales success by building one of the highest producing multi-member sales teams in his market and the state. Asa then went on to purchase the RE/MAX franchise and built it into the largest office in market share, sales, and number of agents in his market. His office was also rated by the National Association of Realtors as a member of the top 200 firms in production for the entire US. Asa also grew his business to include property management, residential and multifamily development, and residential construction. Asa was the developer of numerous residential and multifamily developments that broke records in success. After much success Asa decided he wanted to enjoy a more relaxed work setting and the natural choice was to move to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. Asa has lived in both Gulf Shores, Ft. Morgan, Perdido Key, and most recently Orange Beach so he has great firsthand knowledge of the entire local market. Asa has also owned numerous condos in our area and served on HOA boards. Asa and Lauren have also owned small boutique hotels, apartment buildings, and long term and short-term rentals in different markets, giving them a unique and hands-on knowledge as not only agents but investors.

Asa is married to Lauren Nash Goode, and they are proud parents to Brandon and Patton and Evie Goode. Lauren is originally from Mobile, AL but grew up spending her summers in Orange Beach. Laurens family owns several highly successful title and closing offices, so she grew up in the business just like Asa. Lauren has extensive knowledge of the real estate business from the title and closing side of the process and is also a licensed AL and FL Realtor. Asa and Lauren enjoy eating out and enjoying lots of social events with their friends at local hot spots, they have lived both in condos and residential areas, so they understand all the local options.

Asa and his wife Lauren opened Goode Realty LLC located in Orange Beach, AL. in 2017. They were blessed to put together one of the top teams of local Realtors. Asa and Lauren pride themselves on the fact they started one of the few true locally owned real estate offices, in a market where most offices are owned by out-of-town owners and or franchises Asa and Lauren believe in the fact that local experts know the market the best. Asa and Lauren have been blessed that Claudette Gable, a long-time broker in our area, has given her time and energy to Goode Realty first as the broker and then recently in Sept 2020, they were excited to have her purchase the company. Asa and Lauren are still full time Realtors at Goode Realty and also have several other successful businesses they operate.
