I have had the pleasure of working with Asemo over the past year. Her communication skills are impeccable, staying in touch with me via text, phone calls, and emails. I felt that she made me a priority understood my needs. She is very up to date on all home sales in the area which we felt was very important. Not only did Asemo get us a very very generous offer for our home, she also found me my new dream home. She guided me through the complex process of buying a house, setting me up with a fantastic lender, and making sure I had all “my ducks in a row” to make it all come to fruition. I could not have done it without her. Asemo is a warm, engaging, professional agent who genuinely wants the best for her clients. I felt instantly comfortable with her, and gave her my full trust. Even though Asemo is well sought after, she made herself available to answer all my many questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she made sure she found out, and got back to me in no time at all. I have known Asemo for 15 years, when she found us a house to buy in Dana Point, California. My husband and I are now pleased to have her assistance in relocating within the Dana Point area. Asemo's professionalism showed through when she was able to sell our house after only several days on the market and at a very satisfactory price. She led us through the necessary paperwork smoothly and without a hitch. Then when we hadn't found another house to buy, Asemo found us an adorable cottage in the area where we want to locate that we are now renting until the right house comes along. There is no doubt in our minds that Asemo will find the perfect house for us at the right time. Throughout our real estate transactions Asemo has been totally attentive to our needs. She has been available at all hours--even responding to our Saturday night call within minutes. She is well up on the real estate trends in the area, and is well-versed in the current sales.
