Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Ashlee graduated from Florida State University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Merchandising. Enthralled with the retail space and sales, she began her career, post graduate, in Buying and Planning; first with Macy’s in Atlanta, GA, then with JCPenney in Dallas, TX. Longing to be back on the east coast amongst family and friends, she accepted a position working for Belk in Charlotte in 2012. Held various positions over her 5 years there and ended her 12-year Corporate Retail career in 2017, making the change to Real Estate and she has not looked back.
No stranger to the home buying process and the art of relocation, Ashlee was 23 when she purchased her first condo, and has owned a home in every city she has lived. She has always had a keen interest in real estate, and passionately relates to the joy and experience of home ownership. Having moved around quite a bit, she understands the needs to anticipate when undergoing relocation, enabling her buyers to feel confident when the time comes to make their offer. She has sold in popular Charlotte neighborhoods such as SouthPark, Myers Park, Cotswold, Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, as well as, South and Southwest Charlotte areas, and in South Carolina.
Her key to brokerage success is building relationships with her clients, learning about their individual needs and wants, ensuring they experience a transaction they feel great about. She currently resides in Plaza Midwood, and when she is not selling real estate, you can find her walking her rescue lab, Sadie, enjoying the outdoors, dining out, or spending quality time with her family and spoiling her nephews & niece.
