While selling a home may seem like a far cry from perfecting a pirouette, Ashlee Fake, a former dancer with over 20 years of experience, has taken the core values of her passion — determination, teamwork, precision, and self-confidence — and applied them to helping her clients achieve their dreams through real estate.

Ashlee has worked in sales her entire life, everything from retail to hospitality to construction, and understands the needs and wants of every client are different, and the process requires skill, listening, and patience. "I’m not pushy, I’m not here to sell you... If the home doesn’t feel right to you, then we move on."

Ashlee has not always lived in New Jersey and has experienced firsthand the challenges of relocating — in fact, she bounced around a bit while looking for her "home", so she has a keen sense of empathy for her clients. As soon as she discovered Monmouth County, she knew this was where she wanted to settle down and build a life, and she loves helping others discover the beauty of the area.
