About ASHLEE

Ashlee Mecham is an Oregonian through and through. Born and raised in Oregon, Ashlee grew up in a small rural town outside Salem and attended Warner Pacific University in Portland where she earned a B.A. in Communications with minors in both English and Business Administration.

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ashlee knows the ins and outs of the business. She is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to negotiating on her client’s behalf and will always fight for what is right. Ashlee truly cares for the people she encounters and strives to go above and beyond no matter what the task.

As an involved member of the community, Ashlee serves as the Secretary of the Board for the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® Community Foundation as well as the MVAR® Diversity Committee and volunteers on the Oregon REALTORS® Diversity Key Committee and as a Chamber Ambassador for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ashlee lives in Salem with her husband, Damian, their children Iris and Desmond, and their Labrador retrievers, Maddox and Korben. She loves Oregon for providing the ability to drive to the coast one day and head out on a hike through the mountains the next.
