All I can say is that Ashley is a gift from God. Ashley was with me from the very start of my new build that took FOREVER (9 months). She not only served as a real estate agent, but she was an advocate for me which was important for me, a first time, and first generation home owner. Her knowledge help me save time, stress, and money! She stayed on top of EVERYTHING and every team member apart of the new build process, ensuring I was getting what I paid for. Overall, she did exactly what she said she would do each and every time. I’m so grateful for her and if I had to do it all over again, I would only do it if Ashley was my realtor. I will definitely work with her when it’s time to sell, and buy again.

My first home buying process was a breeze with Ashlee! She knows her stuff, very knowledgeable and proactive. I love how she broke down very step and explained as we went along in the process, it made it less overwhelming. She checked on us all the way from the initial consultation making sure we were still on track and she provided useful links and resources. Ashlee was very receptive and patient, I had a million questions and she answered all my questions calmly and professionally.

What can I say about Ashlee that I can put into words! She was truly amazing! She was on it!!!!!!! Was telling me things I should know about each house that we seen that were very important. I could not have been happier with the services received from Ashlee! I came to her earlier this year to start an action plan because we were determined to buy a home this year. Without blinking she was able to point me in the right direction of what lenders would be looking for and she was completely correct!

Once I was ready to apply for preapproval we hit the ground running! She was knowledgeable and correct about each next step in the process and what she didn’t know she called whoever she could do find out. She answered calls and checked in to make sure everything was as seamless and stress free as possible.

Ashlee quickly becomes a part of the family when working with her! Whether it’s your first time or 50th tile purchasing a home I would recommend her 1000%!

Ashlee is an amazing agent and an amazing person. This was not the first time we purchased a house, but Ashlee is the best agent my wife and I have worked with. Her knowledge about the DMV area and the housing availability are unmatched. Her communication skills are top-notch and we never had to worry about not receiving a response on both easy and difficult questions. Ashlee took us through each step of the home buying process thoroughly and helped us understand all of the documents that were presented to us. As problems and questions surfaced with our lender and builder, Ashlee helped pulled everyone together to find the optimal solutions to address them. She's a true MVP and she is setting the bar Very High for agents in the DMV area. I seriously don’t even know where to begin! Ashlee is beyond amazing! There is not a word to express how blessed I feel to have had her as an agent. I found Ashlee on a Facebook ad, reached out to her and she got back to me pretty quickly. We talked about what my goals were for selling my current home and purchasing a new one and we also discussed her concierge service (including renovation in the sale). I was beyond overwhelmed before speaking with her, just thinking of how difficult it would be to sell and buy at the same time, along with the stresses of a pandemic and juggling the responsibilities of a full time job and home life. However, talking to her made me feel it was attainable. At the end of the conversation I thought it was just too good to be true. Boy was I wrong! As I continued to work with her over time, I quickly learned that she really was just the perfect agent for me and she was already equipped with the perfect resources for my needs. Her values matched mine and she took the time to understand what I really wanted. She went ABOVE and BEYOND on several occasions and she stopped at nothing to make sure everything went smoothly! All the way from helping me deal with contractors, setting me up with a lender that fit my needs, issues with the city not doing what they needed to do in my neighborhood, having a sense of urgency when issues came up with other parties, she literally did everything in her power to make sure everything was taken care of! I couldn’t have gone with a better person to help me to get top dollar for the sale of my home and to also get great value in the purchase of my new home. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and just wanted a home that was spacious, new, and modern looking; Ashlee executed and gave us exactly what we were looking for! We literally looked at one community and she instantly knew we didn’t like it, and she took her time to show us another community and we loved it immediately! She was very punctual to all meetings, walked us through step by step, and went over a MILLION documents with us.
