Ashley, a native of San Antonio, Texas, has a deep-rooted connection to the vibrant city of Austin. Her journey into real estate began early, having grown up in San Antonio's Stone Oak area during its development. At just fourteen, Ashley was immersed in the home building process when her family constructed their first new construction home, sparking a lifelong passion for real estate.

Before transitioning to real estate, Ashley co-founded Texas Flooring Professionals, where she developed expertise in home renovations and cultivated strong relationships with custom home builders and developers. This experience equips her clients with valuable insights when considering renovations, whether buying a new home or preparing to sell.

With over a decade of residency in Austin, Ashley has an in-depth understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods and the expanding suburbs. She collaborates with experienced agents and top performers to continually refine her market knowledge. Her adeptness at managing multiple offer transactions and guiding clients through complex transactions is a testament to her skill and dedication.

Ashley earned her BBA in Business with a Concentration in Marketing from The University of the Incarnate Word, graduating Cum Laude in 2010. She is an accredited Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABOR).
