Ashley was managing a rental property for my wife and I for approximately 4 years prior to us deciding to sell our primary home. We were beyond satisfied with her level of service, professionalism, and with just who she is as a person in general. So, when it came time to sell our family home, Ashley was the only sensible option. She gave us great advice on how to prep the home prior to listing, assisted us in comparing the negatives and positives of each offer (pointing out important points that we would not have considered on our own). Thanks to her knowledge, and efficiency as an agent, we were able to secure multiple offers after just one open house, reviewed the offers, and finalized a contract within one week. Thanks to Ashley, the entire process of selling our home was a lot quicker, and went a lot smoother than we ever could have anticipated. I would highly recommend Ashley as a rental property manager, or a sales agent. Many agents may make a lot of promises, but I can tell you from first hand experience that Ashley delivers.

I’m so glad I found her! I’ve met my fair share of realtors here in Miami and most were lazy or didn’t reply quick enough. Ashley was amazing and helped me every step of the way. Renting a property in Miami with a realtor is challenging as many don’t want to bother with rentals. Ashley responded to my messages promptly, and was I was able see the listings quickly. Ashley stuck by me and found me a wonderful place. We encountered a difficult agent but Ashley didn’t sweat it and fought for me every step of the way. She works diligently and if you want someone who is going to work quickly to increase your chance of getting a place, I highly recommend Ashley to anyone.

Ashley has great knowledge when it comes to buying and selling a property. She knew how to handle every situation and explained it so my husband and I could understand. She deep dives and takes every clients hand as if they were family. We were no different.
