Ashley Bell

Ashley Bell is a top-producing real estate agent serving Chicago as well as the adjacent north and west suburbs. She is committed to providing enthusiastic representation and careful advice for each of her clients, helping them to achieve their goals with home ownership. Her experience extends across residential real estate, including single-family homes, condominiums, and investment properties.

Having participated in nearly $80 million of real estate transactions since joining @properties in 2015, Ashley is a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer and @properties Road to Rolex winner. She has also been featured in Real Producers Magazine and recognized in Chicago Agent Magazine's "Who's Who." She holds designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Ashley has been a Chicago resident for nearly twenty years with strong ties to the community and is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Philosophy and Legal Studies. She will be a lifelong student of interior design and Chicago's unique architecture.
