Ashley is the best! We were incredibly anxious about starting the home-buying process, especially as first-time buyers, and a coworker recommended her to me. She was honest and understanding from the very beginning. We went from being curious about what are options were in February, to owning a new build house with the Austin greenbelt passing through our backyard in a great community in early July! Everyone she knows through her connections is so helpful and informative throughout the way. The home-buying process has honestly been enjoyable thanks to Ashley. She is very reliable, works hard, and we just can’t say enough good things about her.

Ashley went way above and beyond for me and my fiance when we were buying our first house. She answered our calls, always had answers to questions, took us on as many tours as we needed to find our perfect house, and was so patient with every single thing and person involved. Buying a house is incredibly difficult and time consuming, but Ashley made the process manageable, and took our fear away by always having an explanation or a resource for us when we came across something that we didn't understand or had questions about.

We actually tried to work with Ashley in 2019, but decided to put off buying a house for another year due to personal issues. Ashley impressed us so much that we recommended my parents contact her when they purchased a house in early 2020 (preCOVID). She was our first call when we decided we were ready at the end of 2020. Navigating purchasing a house during a pandemic was a battle in itself, and I am more than thrilled that Ashley was there to walk us through the insanity. She was the calming, reassuring voice of reason that we needed.

I cannot adequately express how happy we were working with Ashley. Not that we are planning on moving anytime soon, but assuming she's still living/working in the Austin area, she will be our first call when we are ready to sell and buy again. As far as I am concerned, we are now lifelong clients of Ashley's.

She took the time to come to the site every week and provide us updates and her feedback on the progress. We appreciate her attention to detail and being on our side throughout the process. A lot of relators you do not hear from after you purchase a new build until close, but Ashley was in touch with us every single week and always available as things came up.

I can not say enough positive things about Ashley to fully express how perfect she has been through this process. After successfully aiding me in knowing how to stage and show my house we got 3 offers before even going active - fast forward and Covid-19 knocked out our buyers, but Ashley was at the ready to calmly lead us through the process again. She has successfully marketed and sold our house a second time, when other listings sit dormant. If we ever move again, she is the only agent for us! Ashley went above and beyond for us in the sale and purchase of our dream home and we could not be happier! Her home building background was extremely helpful from knowing what to watch out for in searching for the right home, weighing pros/cons as well as necessary updates of each home we looked at and helping us determine the updates we needed to do to our house in order get top dollar on the sale. My wife and I got to work with Ashley on both the sale and purchase of our new home recently and the results on both ends could not have come out better. With her vast knowledge of the current trends in home building and property upgrades she was able to guide us in making the right upgrades that ultimately got us top dollar for our home. She is extremely persistent and has fantastic follow through when it comes to communicating with potential buyers.
On the purchasing side Ashley's home building knowledge comes into play again in a huge way. She was able to point out so many things on prospective homes that could either really be a problem down the road or point out the upgrade potential and what those jobs would entail to help us not feel overwhelmed or blindsided. I do not believe that you will find another agent that has the same level of knowledge of what is actually happening inside of the home or the passion to get a client whatever it is that they are looking for.
Ultimately she found us the perfect home and property that fell well within our budget, needed no upgrades, and was so far above our expectations that we are still in disbelief. Do yourself a favor and hire Ashley to take care of your real estate needs and rest assured that she will fight tenaciously to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
