Ashley Bonds

Ashley has been a Memphian since 2004, first moving to the area to study at the University of Memphis. Right away she committed to making this city her home and that is when she knew she wanted to help others do the same. Her work in real estate has taken her from project agency – serving as the on-site sales agent for The Lofts at South Bluffs and The Artesian Metropolitan Residences – to personalized, one-on-one representation. Along the way, Ashley has been grateful for the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues, all while doing work that she genuinely loves. Buying or selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but her aim is to be a fierce advocate for her clients, arming them with data and resources, and encouraging them along the way.

Ashley also serves on the Board of Directors for Literacy Mid-South, a local non-profit organization whose mission is to provide literacy resources to learners of all backgrounds and ages.

When she is not working, you will find her enjoying everything this city has to offer. Whether she is checking out a festival, listening to some great live music, relaxing with a local brew, or just running along the Mississippi River, Ashley has found that Memphis is an incredibly easy place to work, play, and make a difference.
