Mrs. Burks is extremely knowledgeable of her craft. Things most would overlook or ignore, Mrs. Burks recognize to be an issue that could cost her client a problem. She is consistently informative to her customers. She seeks the absolute best for customers. Mrs. Burks sold my home for $15k more than my asking price BEFORE the pandemic hit and rates were crazy. Look no further. She is the BEST.
