Ashley was just starting out in the real estate business when she assisted us in purchasing our home at Lake Anna. She was so attentive and patient with us. We started out looking for a house but then decided to look for land and have a house built. I cannot count the number of trips and properties she showed us. We were fortunate enough, with her help, to find a house under construction in the Sunrise Bay community. She looked out for our wants and needs when it came to negotiating and closing. We love our home and the many friends we have made here at the lake. We highly recommend you using Ashley as your real estate agent.

Ashley has helped our family buy, sell and buy a new home in the years that she has been our realtor. In both situations she has been beyond helpful with showing as many houses as possible and making sure we knew all of our options. She gave both positive and negative feedback so we were able to make an educated decision and assure that we were happy with the home we ultimately chose.
