Ashley Carman

Ashley is an associate broker with experience in residential sales, new construction, investment properties, land development, and property management. She loves to use her experience across sectors of real estate to help her clients gain a comprehensive advantage to achieve their goals.

Her passion is to look at a sale not simply in terms of a single transaction, but to keep an eye on the bigger picture of what a move truly means for her clients. She gets excited about the fact that a purchase or sale is part of a greater repositioning in the lives of her clients – to help them achieve other goals that are meaningful in their next chapter. Thus, Align was named as a reminder that we are always working toward greater purpose. Ashley prides herself in guiding her clients through every step of the real estate process while ensuring a transaction is as seamless as possible.

Ashley attended Florida State University and has lived in the metro Atlanta area since 2001. She cherishes her home and community and and loves helping her clients reposition so that they can truly find “their purpose and their place”. She is a member of Cobb Board of realtors, and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar club. The majority of her business comes from referrals, and the trust that her clients place in her is a strong indication of her sense of integrity and her passion for helping her clients.

In her “spare” time she loves to spend time with her family, garden, travel, serve the community through our non profit endeavors, and of course, contribute to her husbands anxiety levels by dreaming up their next home renovation project.
