I finally found my forever agent, Ashley Connell! I have used several agents through the years but none of them compare to Ashley, she really knows her stuff. I had been searching for property in Monticello for several months with no success. Ashley was able to find me my dream property within a few days. I had not even seen a listing for this property. Her negotiating skills are unmatched she was able to save me $10,000. off the asking price which is hard to do in a sellers market.
