It's too bad the rating system doesn't go to 7 stars! Ashley deserves all the stars and more.

Our home was a solid single family residence but it needed some TLC to show at its best. Ashley recognized the diamond in the rough and provided suggestions on how to best prepare for listing day. At our initial meeting it was obvious that Ashley knew the real estate business and its current state very well. After only a minute of consultation between my spouse and I, we confidently hired Ashley to handle everything. We adopted all of her recommendations, and come listing day we had two offers.

With her experience and expertise we were able to choose which offer would be the most advantageous to achieve a smooth, trouble free closing, maximizing our settlement; which is exactly what happened!

My spouse and I could not give Ashley a stronger recommendation. If you hire her, trust her. She knows what she is doing!
