Ashley Donaldson

Ashley began her real estate career in residential new construction in 2005 in Birmingham with the largest publicly traded homebuilder in the United States. She recently worked for Liberty Park Joint Venture where she was the Associate Broker for the master-planned development. Ashley joined the Newcastle Team in June 2019 as the Broker/Sales Manager. She specializes in new home sales leadership and training. She will oversee all new home sales, contract negotiations, and hire and train sales staff. Her knowledge and expertise will be an asset to not only the sales team but also for Newcastle Homes customers seeking expert guidance.
