1st I would like to start by saying the comparison of my initial realtor to Ashley is very different. My initial realtor was only focused on their percentage and didn't do anything to satisfy me as his client. After giving him several chances, I ended up switching to another realtor, Ashley Dunbar. Ashley was very attentive and helpful with the homebuying process. Being a first-time homebuyer, I was assured that everything would be OK and that we wouldn't give up until I was satisfied. There is much frustration when buying a home but with an awesome realtor like Ashley, she made it all worth it. Thanks to her for providing me with the BEST service ever. I am now a Homeowner!!

Ashley is the best. She is very knowledgeable and works extremely hard for her clients. She was the only realtor that I have encountered that was able to get the job done. I had met with over 5 realtors if not more. I had experienced being ghosted by former realtors, and relators not being on the same page as lenders. I had experienced all of this and more. I decided to go to Ashley which I should have done sooner. When I tell you she was on her job, I could contact her anytime she was available. I had to ask her when does she rest. I honestly will highly recommend using Ashley as your Relator. If you are looking for a property to buy or rent trust me you will be in good hands with Ashley. She hands down is the best. Not only is this a career for her but a passion. You can tell she loves what she does. Good honest realtors are hard to find. My experience with Ashley was amazing she made the process very easy. I have to be honest and give credit when it is due. The process was smooth sailing, there was open communication throughout the entire time. Also, might I add when I was unavailable, to meet at a property Ashley went and fact-time me and viewed the home via video. She makes sure her client are satisfied and happy,and you needs are met. Let’s just say Ms. Ashley understood the assignment. She has exceeded my expectations of what a realtor does and represents. She told me she wanted to have me in a house by my birthday. She delivered. Even after I settled in she reached out to me, to see how everything was going.Even now I reach out to ask questions and she provides her expertise. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, enthusiastic, flexible, and professional Realtor I would highly recommend going to Ms. Ashley. She will get the job done, especially as clients, if we do our part she definitely does her part. She will not leave you in the dark, may I add her communication skills is on 1000.
