Ashley Fortes was exceptional. I am an out of state home owner and she handled the entire listing process from hiring contractors, ensuring the work was done with excellent communications skills. The property was a rental and the tenant left the house in shambles. Ashley rolled up her sleeves and went to work and found affordable contactors to do the work and she provided guidance on the remodel which increased the value of my home. I was very pleased with the outcome and never had to come back to the state to do anything. She was a life saver and knew her stuff. Thank you for expertise and going above and beyond which most Realtor would not do.
