Ashley Garner

Ashley Garner, a hardworking super-mom, activist, and seasoned real estate professional, has played an instrumental role in housing with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. Known as the “Home buyer strategist,” Garner is skilled in numerous programs and strategies, getting her clients in their first single-family or multi-family homes with little to no money down. She is responsible for the design and execution of an award-winning initiative to increase black homeownership in California through outreach and education. She also had a direct role in dispersing millions into California’s underserved communities to go towards free housing counseling in the course of the Covid crisis to assist families. Partnering with major organizations, Garner is able to get her clients the financial education they need to be successful homeowners/Investors.
