Ashley Gold

Ashley Gold knows the power of a good partnership. Her dedication to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience helped her and her business partner Katie hit the ground running while serving the real estate needs of the Savannah area and now, these two longtime Landings residents are ready to do the same as they join The Landings Company.

Ashley is a Georgia native who has lived in Savannah for more than a decade. She began her career as a nurse but has always had a love and passion for real estate. Ashley bought and sold several properties and loved the process so much that she obtained her real estate license. She made the switch from nurse to realtor a little over four years ago.

While buying or selling home can be stressful at times, Ashley believes that it should also be exciting and fun. As a nurse, Ashley genuinely enjoyed working with different people from various backgrounds while seeing them through difficult or stressful situations, and she has found that these skills have translated well into real estate. Ashley strives to eliminate as much stress as possible during the buying or selling process by listening to and anticipating their client’s needs and creating a personalized client experience that is both positive and enjoyable.

Ashley resides in The Landings with her family. She is married to a Savannah native and has two children. She enjoys fitness, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
