She finds it extremely rewarding to coach and mentor agents towards their greater goals as well as on properly guiding clients through the often-emotional real estate process.

Originally from Essex, Maryland, Ashley currently lives in Churchville with her husband Tim, an environmental scientist in Baltimore, and her young son, Christian. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she played collegiate volleyball.
