As an investor, it is hard to find an agent that is able to understand a buy box and be able to vet properties for me by themselves. Ashley has replaced all agents in my life by providing knowledge and expertise that not everyone has- its very obvious she has paid her dues! Working with Ashley has completely streamlined my business model. She is able to negotiate buying new properties, as well as tenant my multi family homes and manage them, regardless of subsidized or not. I finally get to enjoy my investments, tenants are happy and properties stable, and I know no matter what is needed, Ashley can handle it. You will not regret working with Ashley!
