Ashley Hust was an absolute delight and amazing to work with. During the mortgage process, she was always looking out for us and always had our best interest in mind. She always took the time to explain each step of the Mortgage process, going beyond the call of duty! And on top of everything else, she helped us get through a very complicated 4 hour closing! We are so thankful we found Ashley! As a renter, most realtors don’t give you the time of day but Ashley made us feel so important. She always responded in a timely manner. I’ve had the pleasure working alongside Ashley for years. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy or sell a home. She takes excellent care of first-time home buyers and negotiates a mean contract for seasoned real estate investors. She was great, knowledgeable, attentive, great attitude, she has an eye for detail, she was our third eye, and accommodating. She was pregnant and had to give birth but she will still help us with any questions we had. While she was gone we had to get 2 more realtors because we were in a hurry to find one, we could tell the difference they weren't bad but not as experienced so we waited for Ashley to come back and she did right after giving birth and we were able to find one and negotiated a great deal for us. She is Top notch 👌

Ashley is the most fabulous Realter I’ve ever had. She is like having your best friend with you, she’s got your back and is so helpful and kind. When it came to negotiating I wouldn’t want anyone else representing me. When she was out on leave, they offered a replacement, but no one can fill her shoes. I worked with Ashley with mutual clients for a home purchase in Rowlett from the perspective of a mortgage broker. Ashley worked extremely hard for our clients showing them numerous homes, and when they found the right home she helped negotiate a very large discount for our buyers. As a third party observer to several of Ashley’s transactions I’ve seen that, whether buying or selling, Ashley focuses on what is best for her clients and puts their needs ahead of her own. So, her clients do not feel the pressure to move forward with deals that aren’t right for them. I’ve seen her calmly and tirelessly search for, research, and negotiate multiple deals until they were right. Ashley Hust is the best realtor I ever met in Dallas TX. I didn't know her before but have someone's referral from the internet. I was so determined to buy a nice house for my future retirement, I intended to spend six days in Dallas to look around. I didn't expect much for just only six days. Ashley was very nice to show us all the favourite houses as she could even during Saturday and Sunday. She was very professional that she never push us to make a bid, instead she will point out important structural problems if there were some. Luckily, we could find and bid a ideal house for just only a short period. After that, I have to fly back to Oregon and Ashley continued to help me perform house inspection. She even checked on the house condition during the stormy and icing days last month. With Ashley's help, I need not to go back to Dallas again. I am very grateful and appreciated for Ashley.
