We are so thankful we found Ashley! As a renter, most realtors don’t give you the time of day but Ashley made us feel so important. She always responded in a timely manner. She was great, knowledgeable, attentive, great attitude, she has an eye for detail, she was our third eye, and accommodating. She was pregnant and had to give birth but she will still help us with any questions we had. While she was gone we had to get 2 more realtors because we were in a hurry to find one, we could tell the difference they weren't bad but not as experienced so we waited for Ashley to come back and she did right after giving birth and we were able to find one and negotiated a great deal for us. I worked with Ashley with mutual clients for a home purchase in Rowlett from the perspective of a mortgage broker. As a third party observer to several of Ashley’s transactions I’ve seen that, whether buying or selling, Ashley focuses on what is best for her clients and puts their needs ahead of her own. So, her clients do not feel the pressure to move forward with deals that aren’t right for them. I’ve seen her calmly and tirelessly search for, research, and negotiate multiple deals until they were right. Ashley Hust is the best realtor I ever met in Dallas TX. I didn't know her before but have someone's referral from the internet. I was so determined to buy a nice house for my future retirement, I intended to spend six days in Dallas to look around. I didn't expect much for just only six days. Ashley was very nice to show us all the favourite houses as she could even during Saturday and Sunday. She was very professional that she never push us to make a bid, instead she will point out important structural problems if there were some. Luckily, we could find and bid a ideal house for just only a short period. After that, I have to fly back to Oregon and Ashley continued to help me perform house inspection. She even checked on the house condition during the stormy and icing days last month. With Ashley's help, I need not to go back to Dallas again. I am very grateful and appreciated for Ashley.
