Ashley Hutchens

Ashley Hutchens found her way to the High Country in 2000, transferring from Elon University to Appalachian State University. Ashley has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and has partnered with her father on the investment, renovation and sale of a number of homes in Boone and Blowing Rock.

Ashley has over 10 years of experience in property management, including being the owner and broker-in-charge of the property management and vacation rental company, Yonahlossee Resort Accommodations.

When Ashley is not hiking, traveling, cheering on any alma-mater athletics, or supporting the Women's Fund of the Blue Ridge, she is a real estate enthusiast devouring information about the market to ensure her clients receive the best possible service.
