Ashley Jackrel

On the ten-year anniversary of opening her first business, Ashley Jackrel earned her CCIM designation. Since then, she has sold that business, transitioning this cumulative expertise to advise in commercial real estate services, specializing in office and investments. She has leveraged this acumen to achieve her clients’ goals, earning the SIOR designation, and also serves in leadership and volunteer roles.

Ashley has connected with the community through her service on the City of Charleston’s West Ashley Revitalization Commission and is a leader in her profession, serving congruently at the local, state and national levels.

Outside of the real estate industry, Ashley has served as reader with Reading Partners and a guest teacher at R.B. Stall High School in North Charleston as part of their entrepreneurship program. She helped to raise funds for the Warrior Home Project, a solution for student homelessness. She enjoys practicing yoga and taking part in leisurely meals with loved ones.
