Ashley help me with my homebuying experience hook me up with a lender to get prequalified so I was able to make an offer on a house.
My previous experience with realtors kind of has a bad taste in my mouth. But Ashley was straight up and honest and help me through the process and no pressure.
To find me the house I was looking for and was able to make the deal since I was already preapproved, and the seller jumped at it took my offer because I was preapproved and ready to go. We had one small hiccup in
The house inspection with the bank lender they wanted the outside of the garage wall painted and we had to get it done by the weekend. She offered to come over on Saturday and help me paint it couldn’t ask for anything better.
I recommended to anybody I know looking to sell or buy your house. She gets back to you promptly all the time no matter if it is during the week or on the weekend, she does get back to you and help you through questions

I cant say enough great things about Ashley and her knowledge, professionalism and overall just easy to work with!
My parents were downsizing and moving 1.5 hours away from their hometown to be closer to my family and Ashley went above and beyond to find their perfect home close to our family with ease. I was a third wheel during this process but I felt like her finding the right home for my mom and step dad was personally a value to her too. If we ever move and want to sell our home, there is no question who I would call to help us!

Amazing to work with. Fantastic communication. Ashley has been patient with me. She took me and my ex-boyfriend to look at houses when we were talking about renting. I asked that even though we didn't find something that she still keep me updated with new rentals in my area. She has been wonderful and very accommodating. I've been starting to look at houses again, but hopefully I'll be buying soon. There is no one I trust more to be with me on this journey and walk me through it.

Ashley was amazing to work with. My husband is in the Navy and we were contemplating not joining him overseas back in 2018 and getting a house in Medina. She showed us so many and ultimately we ended up choosing not to buy and join him overseas to keep our family together. When we returned in summer of 2022 to Medina, I was absolutely in shock what the market had turned into. She was kind, knowledgeable and helped us get our family into a home. It was complicated because the lenders would only consider his income- I didn't work while overseas- and that really limited our options. She has a way with words and wrote us an amazing offer to the seller. There's no way we wouldve had this home without her. She sacrificed hours away from her family back in 18' and we didn't end up buying until 4 years later. She never made us feel bad about it and always kept our best interest at heart. We trust Ashley whole heartedly and are so grateful we were able to work with her when we returned.

I applied online with Rocket Mortgage and got set up with Ashley. This was the best decision I could’ve made as a first time home owner. Ashley was very patient and make sure that my needs are met with looking for a house in this crazy market. Every time one home would sell she would have another suggestion ready to go. My spouse and I are in the car business so we have crazy hours and cannot always be available and Ashley made sure that if we wanted to see how she could do two separate appointments for us. She was kind caring and didn’t treat me like Just another sale but more like a friend. I could not recommend her enough to everybody I know that is looking for a home. We worked with Ashley on the purchase and sale of our homes. It wasn't going to be easy sales as my husband out of town half the month when working. But she was patient and knowledgeable during both processes. We advised her of what was important to us and she listened. She even went the extra mile on the closing of our home when needed. She had great communication even when the other agents we were working with didn't. But most of all, she was honest. She quickly jumps to help and works to get the job done!
