Ashley Mullin

Ashley Mullin moved to Indianapolis for her sophomore year of high school at Bishop Chatard. In 2005 she graduated with an accounting and finance degree from the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI. Shortly thereafter she took a job running a property management and investing start-up company in 2006. In 2006 she had 75 doors under management and in 2013 there was over 1100 doors. In 2014, her and her husband, Ryan Mullin, started FS Houses. FS Houses is a full service real estate brokerage with property management of over 550 doors. With almost two decades of experience, Ashley has seen and dealt with just about every situation in residential real estate. She also have a strong knowledge of construction and rehabbing properties.
