There is no one I would have trusted more in this process than Ashley! Being a first time home buyer, it's scary! It's one of the biggest decisions of your life and the biggest purchase so we were nervous to say the least. Ashley made the whole process so much better. Being first time buyers she answered all of our many questions. She was honest and always kept our best interest in mind. She was very patient with us as well. The market hasn't been the best for home buyers with the rates and us having a specific area in mind so it took us some time but we got there. I recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone I talk to!

I was a first time home buyer so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was hearing horror stories from coworkers about how long and complicated the process was for them. That could not be farther from the truth with Ashley! She explained absolutely everything to me. She answered all of my crazy questions and texts (even when she was on vacation). She sent me new listings every day and checked on listings I sent her that I found on-line. We looked at houses almost daily and she made the process fun. It was never frustrating.

We found the perfect home and closed on it 51 days from the first contact with Ashley and her team! 51 days!!!!

I would, and will, recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Ashley is hands down the best realtor I have worked with buying my home from start to finish. This was our 1st house, and I started out contacting a few realtors to ask some questions well no one would answer my simple questions so that I could find out if it was even worth buying a house right now both from my wife and I and the markets standpoint, every realtor wanted us to get pre-approved with their mortgage people before they could answer our questions.

Then we found Ashley, she answered all our questions and to start off she sent us rentals to look at because that's what we originally wanted to do as we didn't think it was our time to buy, well the rental market seemed really bad so we decided we would consider buying.

Ashley was there every step of the way answering all our questions, going as far as to bring someone else in to help us in some of the areas we wanted to look at as they were not necessarily her area of expertise. She literally would help us anyway she could, if there was something we wanted to look at she would do everything in her power to show us ASAP.

The house we ended up buying was a hail Mary, we as buyers knew to keep it in our budget and with in an affordable mortgage was a stretch and Ashley knew it was too. But she helped us through the process, and eventally we were able to purchase our 1st home, and I do not think it would of been possible without her.

TL;DR : Ashley is a wonderful realtor and will do absolutely anything to help you with your home, 10/10 would recommend.
