We were so blessed to have Ashley Phillips for our Realtor! She took charge of so many details above and beyond our expectations- one of which was meeting four different roofers at the house to verify that it did NOT need the new roof the buyers were asking for (and for which we were going to have to pay out of pocket). She also negotiated with with various contractors for work that needed to be done. Ashley was good at keeping us abreast of all that was going on AND got us a higher price than we even thought to ask for! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and determined to give her best. We definitively recommend her!

Ashley is awesome to work with. It was honestly like a breath of fresh air! It didn't feel like she was saying anything to get us to purchase a house and get commission. She was honest with her thoughts and spot on. She has a weath of knowledge and common sense. I appreciate she really listens to what we want and will only send houses she feels we would be interested in. I've seen her help in every way from cleaning to helping rip out carpet to shopping for fixtures. She really put her heart into it and developing relationships

I had the privilege of working with Ashley earlier this year in purchasing a new home. Although she didn’t technically represent me, she treated me as if she did. She was very knowledgeable and informative, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. She let me know ahead of time what was coming next and what was expected of me. She was very kind and had a warm, calm demeanor...and was always available! Her response time was quick, I never felt as if I was putting her out with my endless questions. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ashley and I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
