I've spent my lifetime in Big Water, Utah. I'm a Mother of 3: two rambunctious pre-teen boys, and a little girl. I knew all along that my great gift to them would be to live the very same wilderness-based childhood that I did in this scenic place. As the daughter of Rankin Realty's Owner/Broker Heather Rankin, I've watched Real Estate in Action for more than 15 years. Her example inspired me to show up for the greater Kanab to Page Region as a Real Estate professional, and I know I've found the career I'll spend the rest of my life doing. It is my belief that there are a few unique people who would be the best suited for a property. My mission is to build the bridge for those connections to take place.
