About Ashley
After 18 years as a top-producing Realtor in the Baltimore market, Ashley chose to move her practice to Long & Foster's Lake Roland Office. The Lake Roland Office opened in September 2010, in the Lake Falls Village retail center at Lake and Falls Roads, in Baltimore County. Ashley again was the top producing Individual Agent for the office, as well as the top Transfer Agent to Long & Foster for 2010.
Ashley has been a realtor since 1993. In 2004, she was awarded First Place in sales units for Coldwell Banker's Greater Baltimore Region (at that time consisting of thirty-eight sales office across over eight counties) and second place in Gross Commission Income. 2006 awards placed Ashley as #2 in GCI and #3 in sales units for the Greater Baltimore Region. 2007 statistics proved the same, with Ashley as #3 in GCI and #2 in units. 2008 and 2009 were again repeats of her production. All four years at the Greenspring Valley office of Coldwell Banker, Ashley was the top-producing Individual Realtor in sales and units.
In 2009, when many Realtors were leaving the industry, Ashley has over $21 Million in sales with close to sixty properties settled. 2010 continued the trend, with again a record number of homes sold by Ashley. Hard work has never deterred Ashley. Some of her fellow Realtors call her the hardest working woman in Baltimore real estate. Ashley received the REALTOR of the Year 2018 and Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year 2014 awards from her peers at the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS. Committed to the industry, Ashley works seven days a week, never tiring. Ashley continues to break sales records as a member of the Gold Team Masters Club of Long & Foster with honors from her company including Top Team of the Year 2016 and Top Gross Commission 2015.
Ashley served on the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), Membership& Education committees of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, as well as served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for GBBR and she is a Trustee for the GBBR Charitable Foundation.
Ashley's grandfather was a Realtor in the 1970s and early 1980s with the former Grempler Realty. Although he sold real estate more for fun than as a career, Ashley fondly recalls his stories of buyers and sellers.
She is the past Treasurer, Vice President, and Secretary for The Real Estate Million Dollar Association and the Past President and President-Elect (Vice President) of The Greater Baltimore Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. Her professional designations include CRS, GRI and ABR. She is a mentor for new recruits and member of GBBR, MAR, NAR & a GBBR Leadership Academy graduate. Ashley holds a BA is in American Studies & English from Dickinson College. She enjoys walking & exercising with her dog, Emma, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever.
