Bright and ambitious from a very early age, Ashley had planned on pursuing a career in academia upon graduating from UCLA at the age of 20. But life took her in a different direction when she met her future husband.
Upon getting married and starting a family, Ashley found herself performing various roles for her husband’s family businesses, making strategic real estate investments along the way. Through buying and selling investment properties both in her husband’s native Australia and across coastal Orange County—not to mention investing in manufactured housing communities—Ashley gained a great deal of valuable experience with regard to the business of real estate. And when her children reached an age that allowed her to put more time into it, she discovered that buying and selling property was not simply a hobby for which she had passion, but a calling for which she showed tremendous promise. Having uncovered a penchant for creativity and design she never knew she had, Ashley proceeded to build a network of key local architects and designers, coordinating all the necessary elements to flip homes as a side venture. Working with a number of real estate agents in the process, she homed in on the many ways the client experience could be improved. Determined to set a new standard for service in the local residential marketplace, she earned her license, leveraging her broad-spanning expertise to help clients with a variety of objectives succeed.
