I also subscribe to honesty & transparency. I'll talk you out of buying a house before I would ever try to talk you into one. And I'm not afraid to tell you if I think you want to price your house too high. Sometimes you need someone to give you hard truths, especially when it comes to a large decision that is usually emotionally charged.
