Ashley owned her first investment property at 22. It seemed inevitable that she would end up in the business, but her career path actually started in the corporate sector. After graduating college with a degree in communications and minor in technology, she quickly worked her way up the corporate ladder, but Ashley decided the view at the top was not her calling. Ashley has swiftly established herself as a rising regional leader, complete with a reputation for savvy marketing, superlative client care, and a personal touch. Today, Ashley heads a tight-knit team in Scrupps Estates, serving clients across the State of Washington through her network of regional experts. Last year, she and her team closed $30 million in volume and continue to break new ground.
