Ashley Sherman

Ashley Sternbach serves as the Director of Operations at CORE, working with Brittley Jarrell, the Chief Operating Officer, to ensure that the internal functions of CORE are as streamlined and efficient as possible while working to develop new operations that will continue to make CORE the leading full-service brokerage in New York City. For the past five years, Ashley has played an integral role in CORE’s evolution and has worked to implement progressive and innovative strategies within each aspect of the brokerage, from the management team to the agents. Ashley strives to create a cohesive, synergistic team, working between CORE’s Chelsea and Flatiron offices to guarantee CORE’s forward-thinking business strategies result in continued excellence for both our agents and our clients. In addition to managing the team of office assistants at CORE’s Chelsea storefront, Ashley is responsible for overseeing the listings department; managing the Listings Coordinator for both new development projects and resale properties.

Ashley is a true asset to the CORE team. With a degree from Boston University’s School of Hospitality, Ashley has past experience working with large hotel developers and investors throughout the Boston area and the entire Eastern Seaboard. In addition, Ashley, who is a licensed real estate sales agent, has worked for a top commercial real estate company on Long Island, where she worked directly with the president of the company on investment sales.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, as well as volunteering her time to teach younger children the importance of good health, wellness and nutrition. Ashley currently resides in Manhattan.
